MINDFUL RETREATS – NOW ONLINE AT DISCOUNTED RATE !

During 2020 the following day retreats will be held.

Sunday 7 June and Sunday 30 August, 10-4pm. Both retreats will be held online from the comfort and safety of your own home, given current social distancing requirments.

Retreats are conducted via the free and easily downloadable Zoom App which is emailed to you when you register for the retreat.

Immerse yourself into a day of mindfulness practice where we will explore mindful sitting, walking and gentle movement along with mindful eating.  There will be time to rest and connect with nature and a group discussion at the end of the day.

Cost – $99 (on location) discounted to $77 online via Zoom

Please bring your lunch for mindful eating and yoga mat, cushions etc.
